The first day was busy with hotel check-in, freshman orientation and opening joint session. Delegates will be back in the capitol building for the last two days of session, but the first three days of session are being held at the India Shrine Center.

Each delegation is ready to show up and show out. Over the course of the first afternoon, delegates shared what their school is most looking forward to for this session.

“We’re just excited to halfway be back in the capitol,” said Sen. Cook from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.

The Northeastern State University delegation is excited to make an appearance in the house.

Sen. Floyd from Tulsa Community College is looking forward to bringing legislation to session.

Rep. Young from Oklahoma State University said, “Our delegation is most excited to dominate every competition available.

OSU is not the only delegation bringing a competitive spirit.
