Please complete the registration spreadsheet form and submit it here. It will be used to complete the invoice for your delegation.
Each DC will receive an emailed invoice with the official amount your delegation owes based on your submitted registration. Payment options are shown below.

Step Two: Complete contact and payment information.
Step Three: Type Delegation name in the “additional information” section.
Step Four: Please submit payment receipt to secretaryofstate@okoil.org
