Consent Calendar Process:
1. Three minutes of author’s explanation (not yieldable)
2. Three minutes of questions (not extendable)
3. One motion to recess for caucusing for five minutes or less will be entertained
4. No amendments will be considered. If you have a serious concern that requires amending one of the bills, please try to speak to Floor Leader Plane before we begin hearing the bill so we can consider seeing it in regular order
5. Debate may not be called.
