The Attorney General is the legal representation of the Executive Branch. Several of the responsibilities of the Attorney General consist of reviewing the constitutionality of passed legislation before the Governor issues their approval or veto, issuing non-binding legal opinions concerning the operations of the organization, and representing the Executive Branch before the Supreme Court when an officer of the Executive Branch is subject to an internal lawsuit.
Along with those responsibilities, the Attorney General also serves the Chairperson of the O.I.L. Election Commission, in which position they are responsible for carrying out the general elections of the organization.
