Attorney General Parker Lockhart joined the organization in the Fall 2024 session. He was a member of the Oklahoma State University Delegation. He competed in the House of Representatives and the Moot Court competition. The Moot Court competition proved to be his passion and his motivation in this organization. In the Fall 2025 session, Parker placed 1st and was offered a seat on the court, but chose to stay the Vice Chair and Moot coach for the Oklahoma State Delegation. He has helped four competitors receive court invitations in two sessions. In the House, Parker has served as a Freshman Liason, Committee Chair, and Sergeant at Arms. Parker has a genuine love for all things constitutional, court or legislation, and helping delegates.
The Attorney General is the legal representation of the Executive Branch. Several of the responsibilities of the Attorney General consist of reviewing the constitutionality of passed legislation before the Governor issues their approval or veto, issuing non-binding legal opinions concerning the operations of the organization, and representing the Executive Branch before the Supreme Court when an officer of the Executive Branch is subject to an internal lawsuit.
Along with those responsibilities, the Attorney General also serves the Chairperson of the O.I.L. Election Commission, in which position they are responsible for carrying out the general elections of the organization.
