What does the Lieutenant Governor do?
The Lieutenant Governor’s chief responsibilities consist of executing the Office of the Governor whenever the Governor is unable to, and to organize each session’s “Annual Entertainment Pass” and the “Community Service Competition”.
The Lieutenant Governor, according to the Oklahoma Intercollegiate Legislature Constitution, is also the ceremonial President of the Senate, and serves as the Vice Chair of the Steering Committee and the Board of Directors.
